Prior to establishing Shank Insurance Agency, Tim served the organization as an Account Executive. In 2005 Tim obtained the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) professional designation, and he is currently working on obtaining the Certified Risk Manager (CRM) professional designation.

Tim has built his insurance career by establishing relationships with clients and underwriters that are based on trust, knowledgeable service and a strong work ethic.
