Two years later Bill joined Layne and Associates Insurance Ltd., in Las Vegas and remained with them until they were sold to a national broker in 2001. He stayed with the new owners until 2006 when he left to join Swarts, Manning and Associates where he continues to serve his old clients, and build new relationships.

Bill's expertise includes large developers requiring Owner Controlled Insurance Programs (OCIP), the gaming industry and the construction industry. He has many relationships through the insurance industry that allow him access to the insurance programs with the broadest coverages and the most advantageous pricing for his clients. Bill's clients have included many well know Southern Nevada Companies.
